Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) - Begin in Tadasana (Mountain Pose). Step your legs wide apart. Turn your right foot so your toes are pointing toward the top of the mat. Take a deep breath, reach your right hand down toward your right foot and exhale. Extend your left arm directly above you, aligned with your right arm below. Gaze forward or for a more challenging pose, gaze up at your top hand to practice your balance!
Benefits: Stretches hamstrings and open chest/shoulders. Improves balance and coordination.
