Warrior III (Virabhadrasana III) - Begin in Tadasana (Mountain Pose). Shift your weight to your left leg. Take a deep breath, reach forward with your arms while lifting your right leg directly behind you. Gaze at the floor and flex your back foot. Imagine your body creating a straight line from your finger tips to the elevated leg. Exhale and repeat on the alternate side.
Benefits: Opens the chest and shoulders while strengthening your torso, back and arms. Improves balance and coordination.
