Advent Yoga - 23 days til Christmas!

Tree Pose (Vriksasana) – Tree pose is a balancing pose. Begin in Tadasana (Day 1's pose!) Shift your weight to the left foot. Lift the right leg up with the sole of the foot pressing against the inner left leg just above the knee. If you are facing a wall, the right knee should be pointed toward the adjacent wall to your right. Arms may be lifted above your head or brought to the center, palms pressed together with the fingers wide. Benefits: Vrikasana improves balance and concentration.
