Advent Yoga - 24 days til Christmas!

Mountain Pose (Tadasana) – Mountain pose is a standing pose.

Place your feet together and wiggle slightly apart. Toes should be facing forward with your heels firmly in the ground. Arms are at your side with fingers spread and palms open, facing forward. Keep your spine long and your shoulders relaxed. Gaze forward or close your eyes. Take 3 slow breaths as you imagine yourself as a strong mountain! Breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Benefits: Tadasana stretches the body and improves posture.
